1

Decide on a group size and the area you want to live in for the next year. It is also good to agree on the maximum budget everyone has and certain requirements that are important to you. It is good to agree on these things before you start the process as this will help narrow your search.

2

Have a look on our website for houses that match your requirements, make a shortlist and give us a call. Or alternatively we can also recommend some houses to you if you want to call us and discuss your requirements.

3

If you are interested in learning more about a property, let us know which ones and we will provide you with an additional material in terms of virtual tours or video tours. If you would like to arrange a viewing on the property we will happily book an appointment in with you to do this.

4

If you would like to reserve one of the accommodations, you will all need to first pay a holding deposit which is 1 weeks rent, this will hold the property for you whilst you complete all the paper work. Once we receive the holding deposit you will be sent the link to sign a contract. This is all done online which makes the process quick and easy. If you pass your deadline then you will lose the house to the next group wanting it!

5

Once you and your guarantors have all signed the contract and all steps are completed, you can sit back, relax and know your house is all secured for the next academic year. We will then be in touch a few weeks before your contract start date with instructions on next steps and moving in to the property.
