Operating in the Student Lettings industry since 1985, we are able to use our experience to help you on your Landlord journey. Whether you’re just starting out or are an experienced landlord, we offer a range of services from fully managed to finder’s fee only.

As part of our fully managed service, we will carry out the following services:

  1. Marketing your properties across various Student focused sites, in addition to RightMove, and attempt to find students for your property on a 12-month basis
  2. We will endeavour to achieve the best rent realistically possible, without pricing properties so high as to deter interest
  3. Signing tenants to an assured shorthold tenancy
  4. Obtaining guarantors
  5. Conducting references where necessary
  6. Collecting the rent (paid to the Landlord around 21st of each month e.g. January’s rent to be paid to Landlord on 21st January)
  7. Managing the various house certificates needed to operate a student HMO
  8. Managing and resolving all maintenance issues
  9. Setting up utility accounts and paying the bills on your behalf
  10. Termly Inspection’s to make sure tenants are looking after the property
  11. End of tenancy inspection report
