All our houses across Kent come fully furnished, most rooms include double beds, and utility bills are included in the rent (plus broadband and TV licences in some cases). Every bedroom has its own lock, and most properties have a communal lounge for socialising with flatmates. We take pride in creating a homely atmosphere and add thoughtful touches like mirrors and artwork.
