Guarantors

If you have been asked to act as a guarantor, you will be sent a link via StuRents once the tenant you are guaranteeing adds you to their account.

The process is all done online for ease and quick completion. Once you are linked to their account, you will need to create a password to keep your details secure, then you will be able to review all of the contract details. Please do let us know if you have any questions or need clarification on any point. If you wish to sign a paper copy of the contract instead of online, please get in touch with us and we can easily make this arrangement.

To act as a guarantor, you must be a UK resident who is over 25 years of age and either in full time employment or own property. We know that many guarantors can be parents and they like to be involved in the process of securing a student house. We are more than happy to speak with parents or guarantors to address any questions or concerns you may have.

We would like to assure you that we are a professional, well experienced company, with three decades of student lettings experience under our belt. Feel free to pop over to our About Us page for more history on our company.

The Council have inspected most of our licensed properties. We belong to various Landlord Associations and are consistently at local meetings and advice forums keeping us up to date with latest legislation and happenings in the student world. This includes being a representative landlord on the HE/FE committee. We look forward to speaking to you should you have any questions.
