If on your arrival to the property things are not what you expected, please write us an email detailing what your concerns are. A member of the team will then call to arrange a time to address each point with you so we can come to a resolution.

If during your tenancy you find yourself in need of urgent assistance outside of our office hours, please see our EMERGENCY CONTACT SHEET on our Useful Documents Page which will give you all the numbers you need. We will also need you to email us and let us know what’s going on so we can pick it up for you on our next working day.
