Each apartment has access to its own kitchen with all white goods installed, toilet/shower room as well as the laundry room adjacent to the communal garden.

The apartments are a 5-minute walk away from Augustine House and the town centre making for easy access to CCCU and UKC campuses.

We take care of all the utility and Wi-Fi bills for the duration of your stay.
